Hollywood Commissioner Candidate Claudia Villatoro Calls on Hollywood’s Elected Officials to Step Up To Support Condo and Homeowners 

(Hollywood, FL) September 24, 2024 - Claudia Villatoro, Candidate for Hollywood Commissioner District 6 released the following statement: 

“Later this week, the Hallandale Beach City Commission will be voting on a resolution to support condo and homeowners. After speaking with my neighbors and community leaders in Hillcrest and throughout District 6, I have decided to call on Mayor Josh Levy, Commissioner Idelma Quinta, and the entire City Commision to follow the lead of our friends in Hallandale Beach by petitioning the Broward County Commission and Governor Ron DeSantis to enact an immediate condominium special assessment relief program. I recently launched my own petition to support condo and homeowners from massive foreclosures because we must be doing more to help the residents of Hollywood. Now is the time for all of us to come together as citizens of Hollywood to make sure condo and home owners are protected 

and can stay in their homes.”
